Clay Hudson, MD is an OB/GYN practicing in our Amory and Columbus offices. He joined P&S in 2020.

Dr. Hudson has always been interested in medicine, and he initially went to medical school intending to be a GI doctor.

“When I delivered the first baby, by myself, as a third-year medical student, that all changed.”

Obstetrical care is Dr. Hudson’s passion. He particularly values the relationship formed with patients over this period in a woman’s life.

“I like how well I get to know my patients and their families over the 9 months of care leading up to delivery.”

In addition to routine OB/GYN care, Dr. Hudson is particularly interested in high-risk obstetrics.

When at home with his wife, Amy, and their 2 children, Dr. Hudson can be found watching college football whenever possible.
