We’re upgrading your Patient Portal and moving to a new electronic medical records system at the end of July.

We will stop using the Medfusion Patient Portal for live communications on July 28. Patients with Medfusion Patient Portal accounts will still be able to log in and see historical data, but they won’t be able to send messages, request medication refills, or schedule appointments.
