Counseling Services

Anxiety

Anxiety is a feeling of worry or nervousness. It’s normal to feel anxious sometimes. But when anxiety happens a lot or feels intense, it can make everyday life harder. Both adults and children might feel restless, have trouble focusing, notice their heart beating fast, or have trouble sleeping. Our counselors help you understand your feelings of anxiety.. They’ll teach you ways to manage these feelings and feel more in control.

Depression

Depression is more than just feeling sad for a day or two. It’s a real medical condition that makes people feel very sad, hopeless, or lose interest in things they used to enjoy. Depression can change how you sleep and eat. It can make you feel tired and make daily tasks feel impossible. Through counseling, you can learn why you feel this way, find healthy ways to cope, and start feeling better.

Grief

Grief is what we feel when we lose someone or something important to us. This could be the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or another big change in life. Everyone grieves in their own way, and that’s okay. Counseling gives you or your child a safe place to talk about your feelings. We help you work through grief at your own speed and find ways to move forward.

Postpartum Depression

Postpartum depression can happen to mothers after having a baby. After delivery, some mothers feel very sad, worried, or have trouble connecting with their baby. They might feel like they’re not good enough or have scary thoughts. Postpartum depression is a medical condition. It’s not your fault, and it can be treated. Our counselors help new mothers through this difficult time so they can get back to feeling like their usual self and bond with their baby.

Alcohol and Drug Counseling

Millions of people struggle with alcohol or drugs. This affects them and their families. If you’re having trouble with alcohol, prescription drugs, or other substances, recovery is possible. Our counselors help people with addiction understand why they use substances. We teach healthier ways to cope and help build a strong foundation for recovery.
